Thanks Becky,
It was short and to the point. Just a quick question. I most often hear to purge your closet of things you haven't worn for a year. Which I cannot seem to do. If I hear you correctly, you are suggesting to keep "outfits" which can seem like new once one loses weight and can fit into them. I am trying not to micro-manage this part of your assignment. But I do get hung up when it comes to the closet thing.

I have always been told the same thing... to purge your closet of things you have not worn for over and year and that no longer fit. Are you saying to keep them?

Becky I am late joining but I listened to the call and loved it! Thank you! The area I need the most work in is the TIME area. I really need more alone time with God, desperately actually. Our finances are pretty good, PTL, but I waste money doing things like buying Starbucks coffee or treating my kids to snacks that they really don't need. I also am in mid-life (47 years young!) and in the last year have gained 10 pounds, all of it in my mid-section. It is just gross having flab hang over your pants, especially back fat! YUCK. So I am determined. I have a love of exercise so that is not the problem. I am looking forward to learning more from you. Hi to all the other gals!!!

Love in Christ, Steph.

For myself, this would be keeping things within reason.
I can't believe how many things I have tucked away which are not really as age appropriate as they used to be. On the other hand, things worn once for one special occasion, which are still in style I'm going to keep. We dont go to special occasions very often, and so the dresses and dress shoes will most likely work.
I think there's a reason to declutter and a reason to hold on to something, which wont be the same for any one of us.
